Wanted OISC Level 1, 2 or 3 Private and Corporate UK Visa Lawyers or Trainee Roles: 4A LAW is now recruiting UK Immigration Consultants for Contract / Consultancy roles, based from Crawley, West Sussex (London Gatwick) / Manchester / Central London / Nationwide.

OISC Level 1, 2 and 3 Candidates required
Successful OISC Level 1 candidates will be responsible for delivering private and corporate UK immigration advice as well as EU law advice. In addition to advising clients, the role will also include preparing and processing hardcopy and online visa applications. The focus of your role will be to manage a range of  private and corporate UK immigration applications, as well as EU law applications. As with all roles in the legal sector, candidates should expect to be inviolved in business develpment activities.

As a result, candidates with solid experience in private and corporate UK immigration and EU law applications will be given preference. Although those seeking to be trained are also encouraged to apply.
OISC Level 1, 2 and 3 Essential Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role you must possess the ability to:
Conduct research independently with minimal supervision (unless you are applying to be trained at OISC Level 1);
Think independently and act with complete professionalism;
Understand and maintain confidentiality, including client confidentiality and conflicts of interest;
Provide excellent client care and client relationship skills;
Provide excellent and demonstrable time management skills;
Communicate effectively through strong verbal and written and drafting skills;
Analyse complex circumstances and pay excellent attention to detail;
Use computers and IT as well as software packages such as MS office / or Mac.

The ideal candidate(s) will possess a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, ideally a Law LLB degree, the LPC with Immigration electives (unless applying for training to attain accreditation at OISC Level 1). OISC level 1, 2 or 3 accreditation will be helpful though not essential as training could be provided to the right candidate(s). Training will be based at the head office in Crawley (London Gatwick). Remuneration for these roles will be negotiable.
