Restoring a company that has been adjudged as insolvent is never an overnight process. Especially when it comes to liaising with several different parties concerned.
Why would would one want to re-open the curtain in the life of a legal entity when it has already been closed and when the show is over?
There are several reasons for this including potentially any goodwill (or what may be left of it after being subjected to insolvency proceedings) or perhaps there are some assets in existence that could be recovered to pay off debts.
We have experience of doing exactly that despite taking advice from a senior barrister who suggested otherwise. If we believe in the case we will will not falter and do the best we can for a client.
If you know of someone who has had a similar experience why not contact us?
