This is an exciting opportunity for you to train, learn and earn. 4A LAW is offering an apprenticeship opportunity to a business minded 16 -24 year old candidate (must be eligible to work in the UK and without a degree) to become a Customer Service Administration Apprentice.

The Customer Service Administration Apprentice Role

This role is at front line of our business and so there is a great deal of contact with existing and prospective clients via telephone, email and often in person. A person never gets a second chance to make a first impression and so it is of paramount importance that a professional image is portrayed at all times. The ideal candidate must be confident to tackle problematic situations and be able use their own initiative to solve problems and provide appropriate solutions.
